How long does approval take?

We review applications within 3-5 business days. Once approved, you'll receive an email with your dashboard access, unique links, and onboarding materials.

How much can I earn as a creator?

Earnings depend on your audience size and engagement. Our commission rates range from 8% to 15% based on your sales tier. Top creators earn SAR 15,000+ per month.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are processed monthly for the previous month's confirmed sales. The minimum payout is SAR 200. We support bank transfers and PayPal.

What if a customer returns a product?

If a customer returns a product, the commission for that order is reversed. This only affects pending commissions—already paid commissions are not clawed back.

How does tracking work?

We use a 30-day cookie attribution window. When someone clicks your link, any purchase they make within 30 days is attributed to you. Discount codes track sales regardless of cookies.

Can I promote specific products or bundles?

Absolutely! You can create tracking links to any product, bundle, or collection page. On your storefront, you can curate and feature your favorite products.

What content can I create to promote Sulinda?

You can create reviews, tutorials, unboxings, educational content, and lifestyle posts. We provide guidelines on compliant messaging—remember, we cannot make disease treatment claims.

Do I need to disclose that I'm an affiliate?

Yes, always. This is legally required and builds trust. Use clear disclosures like "affiliate link," "paid partnership," or "I earn commission on sales."

Can I join if I'm outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes! While our primary market is Saudi Arabia and the GCC, we welcome creators from anywhere whose audience is interested in our products. Shipping is currently available in the GCC region.
